For Immediate Release – October 4, 2017 STAT Emergency Center proudly announces having received exceptional survey results during their recent inspection completed by the Texas Department of State Health Services of their Eagle Pass location. STAT Emergency Center-Eagle Pass received a 100 percent overall rating with zero deficiencies. The state agency surveyed clinical, radiology, lab, pharmacy, medical records, administration, physician files, patient surveys, and all other operational protocols. It is an unprecedented achievement, and it was highly noted by the State department inspector that our organization received this outstanding rating for the third time. This is truly a remarkable accomplishment for STAT Emergency Center because this is an uncommon occurrence for any Emergency Room facility (let alone three) to receive perfect scores. Both Laredo (STAT North & South) locations received 100 % compliance with zero deficiencies in December 2015 and May 2016 respectively.
Grace Padron, Director of Operations, made the official announcement on the high ratings and would like to recognize the following staff members: Don Spaulding-Facility Administrator, Debra Collin-ER Nurse Manager, Aubrey Scarberry-Administrative Assistant, Maria Castillo-Radiology Lead, Sebastian T. Padron, MD-Medical Director, and Israel Tellez-Flores, MD-Asst. Medical Director; as well as our ER physician staff, registration clerks, clinical and environmental service staff for their hard work and due diligence. Special recognition also goes out to the Laredo support staff, Krisdian De La Garza, Melissa Gonzalez, Carlos Diaz, Amalia Delgado, and Javier Solis Jr for providing assistance in this endeavor.
Mrs. Padron stated, “We are more than just an ER…Our Physician Partners embrace our community culture and way of life. They are multi-faceted, experienced and speak fluent Spanish.” STAT Emergency Center’s goal is to provide Absolute Care & Service Excellence. “We are committed to advocating healthcare, promoting educational development in our schools, and giving back to the community by participating in charitable causes”, continued Padron. At STAT Emergency Center, we understand these expectations and work diligently to ensure that we deliver the best emergency care and service in the healthcare industry. This achievement is a testament of our core values and high standards in the care we provide. We invite you to experience the difference…the difference sets us apart!
